Exhibitionism

Exhibitionism (Lat. exhibeo to exhibit, to show) is a hobby with a sexual deviation, when a person gets pleasure only after showing his genitals to other strangers. Most often, such a demonstration should be demonstrated to strangers who accidentally met in various public places. Basically, exhibitionists are not looking for any contact and do not offer sexual relations, they usually just want to get aroused and then masturbate.

But recently, exhibitionism is more like hooliganism and mostly girls simply fool around in public, showing their intimate parts of the body.
