How to draw on the buttocks-Body Art

The artist Irina Vasilevitskaya faced a very difficult task. She needed to find the most beautiful ass to implement the project.

The matter was complicated by the fact that not all models have snapshots in their portfolio-photos without makeup, with a minimum of clothing, similar to those arrested in American films: full face, profile, full height.

Body art begins with special panties. They can be black or flesh-colored. Thongs are not suitable for our case - the model's ass should be completely naked.

They are held on Velcro at the front and back. This design allows the model to visit the ladies ' room.

The sketch is very simple, but its implementation will take... for now, think about how long ordinary jeans can be drawn

We start at 10 am. The model is comfortably located on a soft ottoman. Katya paints her ass white-prepares a light base for the drawing.

Katya Balycheva is not just a make-up artist, she is a body art artist. I have just returned from the World Cup in Austria and immediately got to work with us.

Katya is one of the few specialists who work with an airbrush. It is used not only in body art, but also in ordinary makeup. The tone applied by them is thinner, smoother and lasts longer. Almost all the airbrush paints came by mail from the States - they are better than those sold in Russia - they do not smudge, do not get dirty and do not crack.

At exhibitions, it is not uncommon for a model for body art to be painted even with ordinary gouache without warning. After walking like this for several hours, they often get an allergy on the skin.

We rent from Ira in her townhouse near ". It is very convenient to work in a bright bedroom, but the most important thing is that there is a staircase nearby, which was chosen as the background for the upcoming photo shoot.

The base of the jeans is ready. We proceed to drawing the details. To make the folds and shadow as authentic as possible, Ekaterina asks me to take a picture of her own ass. If she wasn't a make-up artist, she could have become a model in this project.

A couple more minutes and the frivolous picture is ready. Then you can frame it and hang it on the wall in memory of your labor exploits.

Katya is a model who actively corresponds in social networks and reads comments on Instagram and Twitter to our photos of her fifth point.

Three hours later, the jeans still don't even resemble jeans

Do you think it's so easy to stand or lie in one place? Try not to change the position of the body for at least a couple of hours. At competitions, models sometimes faint, but this does not frighten anyone. They are brought to their senses by and... they are sent to stand again. The artist has no opportunity to start all over again with another model, because it is a canvas and all his work is on it. That is why body art is not drawn for more than 12 hours - it is impossible for the" canvas " to withstand more time.

Our Katya is also starting to get tired. At the next "warm-up", we noticed that from lying on the ottoman for a long time, her legs look like this. "So much for the finished texture of the fabric," our make-up artist jokes, " It would be possible not to draw the details."

Creative work involves a slight creative mess

The share of the model is difficult not only in work, but also in breaks. We have lunch like normal people, and Ekaterina has to eat in a very unusual position. You can't sit on the ass - a masterpiece is born there.

The evening is getting closer, and we still have not a single line on the jeans "not stitched".

The delicate and completely manual work began. Right before our eyes, tiny stitches began to appear on the fabric. How many of them do I need to draw, a thousand?

While the girls are busy with an important matter, Ira drags me outside to work out my future frame on my fifth point, which is not highlighted in advertisements. Here is the same staircase.

After working for ten model minutes, I return to the place and see a double pop art there.

Ekaterina-the model has already reviewed all the instagrams and was sleeping sweetly. One make-up artist works as an energizer tirelessly with brushes.

Only now gymnastics does not help anymore. It is becoming increasingly difficult to lie on the ottoman. Kind photographer Ira takes care of her colleagues and rushes to the rescue with a massage

The final stage is the label.

The goal to draw jeans was absolutely not worth it. At first, it should seem to the viewer that the girl is wearing clothes. But after a second, he should realize that something is wrong and notice the drawing.

If you know that jeans are sewn individually for everyone, then the slogan and the picture will form a single image, the idea of which was invented by Irina and me.
