Crazy exhibitionists in public places

Crazy girls think they are exhibitionists and they do incredible things right on the streets of the city, as if their heads were torn off and the girls undress right in front of passers-by and walk freely around the cities of Europe. A naked body on display is of course cool, but why is it so harsh, just for everyone in a row. Some people do not pay attention to such free behavior and pass by, but some people perceive it all with a smile and only wave hello and laugh in response. Ah, free Europe!
