Advantages of nudism and naturism

There are so many advantages of nudism that it is surprising why everyone around them is not fond of it. But still, there are so many followers of this subculture, because they all know that:

-- getting rid of clothes frees you from complexes, often imposed by the manufacturers of these very clothes. And it's also just convenient, because you don't need to constantly monitor your appearance;

-- nudity restores mental health, because at the same time the boundaries between people disappear, social stereotypes break down, giving you a freer breath. A person begins to understand that there are not so many differences between him and everyone else and this reduces уровень стресса;

-- the body receives much more sunlight and is saturated with vitamin D, which has a beneficial effect on the condition of the body as a whole. And the tan turns out smooth and beautiful, because now the strips of clothing do not interfere;

-- nudism teaches you to take a more responsible attitude to nature and to others, so vacationers do not litter naked on the beaches;

On the evening of October 27, as part of the Riga Fashion Week, the Latvian National Museum hosted a show of new collections of the Latvian brand Amoralle.

Nudists are asexual, since in their communities the "secret" is clearly demonstrated.
