Naturist Holidays
World Naturist Day is celebrated every second Sunday in June. This holiday was established by the Naturism Federation after joining UNESCO. Most adherents of the cult of the naked body do not celebrate this holiday as they do not even suspect its existence. Russian nudists can celebrate it quite legally. After all, in 1995, the country became a full member of this world organization. It so happened that some societies, if they know about this date, then they celebrate it in a close circle.
Any beachwear is allowed on the islands. But nudism and topless sunbathing are allowed only on one island-Kuramati. Strictly speaking, drinking alcoholic beverages is prohibited outside the resort. And the capital Male is generally forbidden to visit in beach outfits, only long skirts and trousers.
But perhaps for such privacy, the followers of the Freikrperkultur movement fell in love with this place at one time. Red beach is not only peace and quiet. Magnificent nature, a picturesque rock flowing into the sea, limestone sculptures allowed retro nudists to take great photos. This place is still a favorite among nudists due to its tolerance for this type of culture.
And, of course, the most historic holiday for Russian nudists is July 7 - Ivan Kupala Day. Already in the 60-70 years, naturists gathered in nature. They made bonfires, jumped naked through it. If someone was not eager to make such extreme jumps, they could simply burn their naked legs and arms.
