The origins of nudism

The origins of modern nudism appeared in the deep past, when a person only realized that one of the standards of beauty can be his own body. This has been reflected in culture many times, and for a variety of peoples, not only among the ancient Greeks or Romans. Tellingly, the concepts of nudism and naturism are often confused.

These are different phenomena, different trends - naturism is rather a philosophy, and implies the approach of a person to nature, and being in the nude is only a small part of the measures for this. In naturism, nudity implies the development of a person's respect for himself, others and nature. And this current has been with a person for many thousands of years-it has always been with a person, and such desires are characteristic of many people. A striking example here is the life of the ancient Hellenes, who were proud of the beauty of the naked body.
