When were the resorts for nudists first opened
The resorts of France for nudists consider the beginning of their history to be 1953, when Montalivet became a gathering place for lovers of the naked body, which were not recognized by law at that time in many countries. Their meeting received the status of the International Federation of Naturists, which was officially enshrined at UNESCO.
Montalivier became the venue for the 1st international conference, the dress code of which did not include the mandatory use of any items of clothing. The resort itself was founded back in 1950. Since then, it has always been legal.
There are a large number of campsites ( more than 1,750), bungalows (172). And there is also a developed infrastructure for lovers of nude recreation. These are retail outlets, entertainment centers on the water and sports clubs.
Another resort in France is appreciated by fans of "natural recreation". This is the Euronate, whose territory is only 80 km away from Bordeaux. It began its history in 1976, and its reputation is one of the most calm. Especially for family holidays.
A prerequisite for living here is naturism throughout the territory, and not just on the beach. And the residential area consists of villages whose names correspond to parts of the world.
