Nudism and naturism: what is closer to our broad soul?

Nudism, as a separate direction of the style of recreation, was formed at the end of the 19th century in enlightened Europe. The main arguments in favor of such leisure were unity with nature, the desire for spiritual and physical freedom and, according to some psychologists, the desire of a person to bring eccentricities into his measured life. It is not surprising that the first adherents of this were representatives of the elite, the intelligentsia, who wanted to challenge moral foundations. Those who live on the territory of modern Russia are no exception.
