To the west of Wellington, in the southwestern part of the North Island of New Zealand, there is a picturesque coast called Kapiti. It is located between the resorts of Paekakariki and Otak. The place, which has a fascinating sandy beach with azure clear water, is especially liked by tourists from all over the world.

In 2009, it became an officially sanctioned nudist beach, the largest in the world. Despite the fact that several dozen indignant Puritans rebelled against this step of the New Zealand authorities, who approved a nudist beach, the beach is a great attraction of the region, and the number of tourists visiting it continues to grow.

Ordinary tourists who do not recognize nudism can also find something of their own here. There is indeed plenty of space here; this also applies to sports and cultural events at nearby resorts.

USA -- Gunnison Beach

In the vicinity of New York, in the sandy outcrops of New Jersey, there is the most famous nudist beach of the United States of America. It is called Gunnison, sometimes it is also called Sandy Hook Beach, and it has been operating for several decades.

Otherwise, in a highly moral and simpering America, nudist beaches are rather an exception. Gunnison, in fact, is a pleasant exception, where everyone can really have fun.

This is not a particularly crowded beach, although all the beach amenities and a number of bars and restaurants serving drinks and delicious dishes are available.

Despite the fact that it is not too cheap here, but if you have already reached these places, you should definitely try a hamburger, ribs or chicken wings and indulge in the warm sun on the beach. There are truly excellent conditions here for spending a vacation with friends.
