Nudism-is it naturism?

Nudism and naturism are the same thing. This is a common and at the same time, in general, erroneous point of view. The term "naturism" comes from the Latin word natura (which means "nature" in translation), its origin goes back to the depths of centuries and basically has a fairly harmonious philosophical basis. Nudity for a naturist is nothing more than a means to achieve important goals. First of all, this is the maximum approximation and immersion in the natural habitat of the human race - the nature of the planet Earth. Thus, the effect of improving the physical and spiritual components of a person is achieved, and since naturism is most often a joint practice, there is an effect of uniting a community of people among themselves (as a rule-without "bodily passions") and "dissolving" them in the natural environment. A person comes into the world naked, therefore any clothing violates the natural connection with this world.

Separately, it should be noted that activists of the naturism movement, as a rule, object when they are called nudists.

Although in ancient times nudity was not associated with something vicious and was perceived as something natural and self-evident, in the later history of mankind it was not always so. And only at the dawn of the twentieth century (first in France, and then in Germany), our civilization was able to look at the human body again without the prism of Puritanical morality and false piety. And closer to the 40s of the twentieth century, this trend was developed in a simpler and, if I may say so, practical hobby-nudism. The origins of this new hobby go back to Scandinavia, but very quickly the process spread throughout Europe and North America... In a word - all over the world. Although it cannot be said that the world welcomed what was happening.

There are people in our world who feel comfortable without clothes, but for some reason they do not accept publicity. Then the only option remains-home nudism, which will hide a person from any prying eyes. Many people note that after the procedures of home nudity, they stop dwelling on their external shortcomings and begin to truly love their body.

With the spread of nudism, society's rejection of this movement also grew. Negative myths and stereotypes were born and consolidated. Here are some of them:

Nudists are sick people. Practically perverts.

In fact, nudists are mostly the same people as everyone else. Only... without clothes:)

Nudism is illegal. This is not true. Nudists, as a rule, strictly comply with the laws of their country of residence. And, for example, nudist beaches are always arranged in such a way and in such places so as not to hurt the feelings of other people.
