Some people say to themselves: "I want to sunbathe naked." And they immediately begin to implement this ambitious plan. They ask themselves: do we often sunbathe in nature? Aren't we getting too carried away with the cycle of city life? This is the essence of nudism – to break out of the urban environment, to feel unity with the surrounding world, to become yourself. And clothes are an extra element here. Our primitive ancestors ran naked through the forest, lived in caves and felt good. They were happy.
