Everyone has probably heard about nudists who sunbathe naked on popular beaches of the world, but not everyone knows that nudism is a kind of art. The art of "undressing".

Nudism is freedom of action. And the origin of this kind of freedom began a long time ago, namely in ancient Egypt and Greece. Do you remember how many clothes were worn by the ancient inhabitants of these states? Why?

In Egypt, the ruler and the Pharaoh and his lovely wife were convinced that the great and powerful source of life on Earth was the Sun. And as you know, Egypt is a sunny country and in ancient times worshipped the sun god - the supreme god. Therefore, it was believed that the body should have as little clothing as possible, because the rays of the sun soaked them and gave them physical and spiritual development.

And Greece? Remember the famous gladiators! As you have seen, they were also not supporters of putting on a lot of clothes. And remember all the famous sculptures and paintings of those centuries. Greece was a connoisseur of the beautiful nude body.

Nudism was born a long time ago. And during its existence, it has undergone many changes and transformations. But every self-respecting nudist is obliged to know the "tree" of his hobby.
