Beach photos of retro nudists and naturists

Naturists and nudists are generally similar in their ideology, proximity to nature, visiting certain recreation areas naked. Only now the modern inhabitants of the beach are almost nudists themselves. It's all about modern swimsuits and bathing suits. They practically do not hide anything from prying eyes, and they wear swimsuits and swimming trunks, rather out of aesthetic beauty and the norms established by society. If you look at the history of the development of bathing suits for a moment, then there is not even a smell of nudism here.

In the second half of the nineteenth century, cinema perfectly shows the fashion of swimwear. Men wore special tight suits made of knitted fabric, and they were called tights. In the twentieth century, fashion has changed a little, men began to wear swimming trunks that have a triangular shape. They were sewn not from knitted fabric,but from ordinary calico. The difference between women's and men's swimming trunks was that women's were made of colored calico.

It took about a couple of decades, and one-piece bathing suits made of knitwear appeared for women. And a little later, the suit was divided into two parts: swimming trunks and a bra. By the middle of the twentieth century, the famous French fashion designer Louis Reillard presented a bikini swimsuit to the public. This is a smaller version of the swimsuit for women. The name makes it clear that they will look like a Bikini atoll.

There are also many wonderful oases for nudists in the New World. So, in San Diego, tourists can visit Black's Beach, in New Jersey-Gunnison Beach, and in Miami-Howlover Beach and the historic Little Beach.
