Also, a person notes that he feels much more comfortable and cozy without clothes, that nothing bothers him. This is true, because people came up with clothes from such a feeling as shame. In addition, adherents of nudism believe that their nudity has a great effect on their body, and not only on the spirit. It is believed that the health of such people will be strong and resistant to various diseases.

If a person suddenly thinks that he also wants to get into the ranks of nudists, it means that he does not have enough freedom, that he wants to feel great to the fullest. Therefore, nudism is nothing but a way to this freedom.
