Russian nudists – the history of the origin and places of rest

Nudism is called naturism in another way (from the word "nature"). This trend has existed in society since the very appearance of humanity, but the design took place at the beginning of the 20th century. When the word "nudist" is used, the average members of society have associations with the words "forbidden", "indecent". But if you look at it-why do they undress?

Since ancient times, clothing has been a protection against atmospheric manifestations (sunlight, piercing wind, rain or snow). And nudity is vulnerability to natural forces. If we consider nomads, we can come to the conclusion that it would be more difficult for them to survive without clothes (change of habitats, different climates, and so on).

So, clothes interfered with physical contact with the outside world, and it is extremely necessary for the completeness of mental and physical health. After all, grass, dew, water and air accumulate a favorable natural aura. But at the end of the 19th century, bathing suits looked like a sleeping set - a shirt and trousers. In order not to be difficult in shortening these suits , it was decided to remove them. Judging and rejecting the idea of nudism was considered bad form, and others could consider such a person backward. In the 19th century, the business and scientific intelligentsia, as well as the highest aristocracy, practiced naturalism at full speed.

Russian nudists - the history of their origin

The ideas of direct connection with nature could not bypass the largest power. The first nudist society appeared in St. Petersburg, and then in other major Russian cities. Australia, Canada and the USA were considered backward at that time and naturalist societies appeared after 30 long years.

Who were the people who became the first nudists? As in Europe-representatives of the bohemians, the aristocracy and the elite of the northern capital. Tsar Nicholas II and his family were the most active and honorable members of the society. Summer Sundays were designated nudist, the time was spent at bathing places. In addition, once or twice the family could arrange trips to special nudist camps. After the revolution, the current did not exhaust itself, but gained momentum among the Bolsheviks.

Russian nudists now

Basically, they are no different from other people, except for the established connection with nature, harmony and a positive attitude. They live and work like others, but they are not ashamed of their nakedness on vacation. On the contrary, they are charged with positive energy from the surrounding world.
